Chef Bony Pereira conducted a specialised chocolate-making session for hospitality students. Students learned practical techniques in preparing chocolate-based recipes and desserts, enhancing their culinary skills and creativity.
Feast of Saint John Bosco
The Feast of Saint John Bosco was celebrated with a prayer service and reflections on the life and teachings of the patron saint. A football match for Classes X and XII was also organised, promoting teamwork, confidence, and community spirit in keeping with Don Bosco’s educational philosophy.
National Youth Day Programme
As part of National Youth Day celebrations, students participated in an interactive session conducted in collaboration with Taj Hotels on the theme “Career: Chasing Dreams.” Through vision board activities and guided discussions, students explored career aspirations, goal setting, and future planning.
